The Miami Dolphins are not expected to pursue quarterback Tom Brady in free agency should the 45-year-old choose to return for another NFL season, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Schefter reports that the Dolphins are committed to Tua Tagovailoa as the team’s starting quarterback.
Brady has drawn interest from the Dolphins in the past. Last year, Miami was stripped of a first-round pick and fined $1.5 million for tampering with Brady and then-New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton.
Brady stated he’s still undecided on whether or not he’ll return after his Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost 31-14 to the Dallas Cowboys in the wild-card round on Jan. 17. He is set to become a free agent after three years in Tampa.
Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, already has a post-playing career move set up as the quarterback agreed to a 10-year broadcasting deal with FOX Sports back in May.
