The Los Angeles Lakers expect superstar LeBron James to return from his right foot injury at “some point (this season),” head coach Darwin Ham told reporters Sunday.

James has missed the Lakers’ past 10 games with an injury to a tendon in his right foot.
The four-time NBA champion suffered the injury back on Feb. 26 in a win over the Dallas Mavericks. James finished the game, but he left the arena with a pronounced limp.
The Lakers are currently in the thick of the playoff race in the Western Conference, as prior to Sunday’s results, they sat in 11th place with a 34-37 record, one spot outside the final spot in the NBA’s play-in tournament.
James leads the Lakers in scoring at 29.5 points per game, and said at the All-Star that the team’s closing stretch this season would be some of the most important games he has played — noting he didn’t want to miss the postseason for a second consecutive year.
The Lakers currently have 11 games left this season, including a matchup with the lowly Orlando Magic on Sunday night.
