Toronto Blue Jays top prospect Ricky Tiedemann left Thursday’s game against the Harrisburg Senators with an apparent arm injury after calling trainers out to the mound in the fourth inning.

The 20-year-old southpaw was making his fourth start of the season and made it through 3.2 innings before leaving the game after his 60th pitch.
Similarly to his last start, Tiedemann cruised through the first two innings, retiring six of the first seven batters he faced, striking out two before running into trouble in the third.
The Senators strung together three hits in the frame, pushing two runs across the plate — one of which was balked in by Tiedemann.
He settled back in to start the fourth inning, getting the first two hitters out, but left the game with the apparent injury after throwing a slider to open the next at-bat.
He finished his outing with two earned runs allowed, three strikeouts, one walk and generated five whiffs.
