Judge has been held out of the lineup for New York’s last two games and was scheduled to meet with team physician Dr. Chris Ahmad Tuesday.

The 2022 AL MVP has played in 49 games this season, also missing time with a right hip strain. He has hit .291 with 19 home runs and 40 RBI in 2023.

The 31-year-old was named the AL Player of the Month for May after hitting .342 over 21 games with 12 home runs, 25 RBI, a .474 on-base and .882 slugging percentage.
